珠海佳航造出世界最大三体超级私人游艇

年轻的珠海平沙游艇工业区又缔造一项新的"世界之最"———全球最大的三体结构私人豪华游艇昨日上午建造完毕并举行下水仪式。这艘造型酷似飞船的奇特游艇造价1500万美元,长42 .5米,宽16米,主体由航天材料碳纤维和防弹纤维建造,据制造商介绍可防索马里海盗子弹袭击,以便满足买主美国籍香港商人环球旅行、应对突发情况的需要。游艇还高度智能化,用一部ipad在游艇周围50米范围内便能进行遥控。此前,平沙游艇工业区已接连打造世界首艘太阳能游艇以及全球第二大玻璃钢私人游艇,买主均为诸如微软四位副总裁等在内的欧美富豪。

制造商佳航公司还是伦敦奥运会帆船供应商

建造"阿达斯特拉"的佳航游艇是世界老牌游艇公司,创办于1967年,2006年落户珠海平沙游艇工业园,以生产运动帆船为主,是伦敦奥运会E6运动帆船赛事唯一指定供应商。据介绍,目前已有包括奥组委以及中国在内的多个国家向其订购了104条参赛帆船,将在本月底全部完工,以迎战伦敦奥运会。

140英尺奢华三体游艇ADASTRA下水试航

极具创意的42.5米奢华三体游艇ADASTRA由McConaghy 建造,外观风格由John Shuttleworth Yacht Designs设计,如今这艘艇已经离开船厂,下水试航。动力艇Adastra是为一名香港客户建造的用于远航的超级游艇。这艘艇由设计师和业主共同花了5年多的时间讨论设计而成。它的结构设计由John Shuttleworth设计公司和Applied Structural Analysis 有限公司共同完成,内室则由Jepsen Designs负责。

游艇的设计主旨是为了提供高水平的舒适度及独特风格,从而使每一位远洋的夫妇或者家人都能适应。Adastra游艇的燃油消耗非常低,但有着非常卓越的适航性和豪华的住宿空间。这艘艇宽达16米,搭载了1台1150马力的卡特彼勒C18引擎和2台110马力的洋马发动机。

42.5米的Adastra提供了9人住的卧室,客人将由5-6名非常专业的船员进行照顾。艇上还配有一艘4.9米长的交通艇和一艘3.1米长的交通艇,分别位于艇尾甲板和艇库内。游艇的最大速度为22.5节,在17节的速度下可以达到4000海里的航程范围。

"飞船"外形有助提速

这艘游艇名为"ADASTRA"(阿达斯特拉),由著名的约翰·夏特尔沃斯游艇设计公司历时五年操刀设计,外形奇特,长有双翼,远远看去酷似飞船,长42 .5米,宽16米,高7米。据制造商和游艇工业园透露,"阿达斯特拉"总造价1500万美元,是目前世界最大的三体私人豪华游艇。为了打造这架奢华的庞然大物,制造商———来自平沙游艇工业区的佳航游艇公司的150多名工人自2008年5月开始,足足花了4年时间才建成它。

游艇奇特的外形并非只是"花瓶",除了彰显买主的个性,抓人眼球,还可用来辅助船身的稳定,并借助航空力学让船速度变得更快,更节能。"游艇的马力为1150匹,速度可达22.5节,如果没有这一独特的外形设计,同等马力只能产生最高13节至15节的航速",制造商说。

ADASTRA号买主是香港商人

与大多数豪华游艇买主低调地隐瞒身份不同,在昨日举行的下水仪式上,美国籍香港买主A ntonyL ouis(马安腾)携妻子和女儿公开亮相,为自己的新座驾"捧场",并专门请来建造游艇的150多名工人到现场,用掌声感谢他们为其全家建造了这艘"超酷"的游艇。

名片显示,马安腾是香港一家清油公司老板,从事油品行业。他计划待游艇调试完毕后,驾驶它先到香港试航,待性能稳定后再到全球各地进行航行。

每年维护费至少200万美元

除了造价不菲,"阿达斯特拉"的维护费用也相当惊人。据制造商透露,游艇一年的维护、保养、油费以及停泊费用加上买主为游艇配备的5名专职船员和两名船长,一年最低花费超过200万美元,堪称一架"烧钱机器",考虑到买主计划未来将作环球旅行,费用将更为惊人,"超过六七百万美元",制造商透露,这还是阿达斯特拉采用轻型航空材料以及新技术,大幅节省能耗的情况下才能实现的。

据介绍,阿达斯特拉加满一次油为3 0吨,可连续航行大约3500海里,加满10次油便足够环游世界一周。

航天材料造船身可防弹

"阿达斯特拉"有四层,比此前平沙游艇工业区建造的全球第二大玻璃钢私人游艇"女主角号"多出一层,里面拥有超过7个房间,卧室、专门的厨房、餐厅、客厅一应俱全,能同时容纳9名乘客和五六名工作人员,顶层甲板上还有一个大型沙龙区,供乘客晒太阳浴。

最令人称道的莫过于"阿达斯特拉"的安全性能。制造商介绍,游艇主体采用航空航天材料碳纤维和防弹纤维建造,其坚固程度可防索马里海盗的子弹袭击,以帮助香港买主环球旅行时经过复杂海域时抵御可能遭遇到的突发情况,最大限度地保障安全。而得益于碳纤维的采用,阿达斯特拉"体重"仅为52吨,只有传统同尺寸的玻璃钢游艇重量的六分之一。

不过,正是出于安全的需要,游艇取消了一些花哨的功能,比如一般豪华游艇通常会在甲板上设置的露天泳池,船主人的主卧室也没有建造可自动开合用来晚上看星星的天窗,在某些人看来这或许不够浪漫,但其奢华性并未因此打折扣。船主为了保证舒适性,专门聘请香港一家公司设计游艇的内饰,游艇每一块材料乃至油漆全部采用进口材料,花费不菲。制造商透露,以游艇舱室的玻璃为例,采购的成本就高达40万欧元,折合人民币300多万元,家具大多为美国进口的名贵木材白橡木建造,由于买主对材料和装饰很挑剔,他们为了寻找这些材料经常要花费几个月乃至半年的时间。

值得一提的是,"阿达斯特拉"还含有大量高科技元素,通过船长室内的屏幕可以监控游艇各个角落,哪怕是一扇窗户没关都能及时显现。用一台iPad,通过密码在距游艇50米的范围内就能轻松控制游艇。而为了防止被盗,游艇上还安装有特殊装置,只要在任何地方打开电脑连接,都能知道游艇的精确位置。

全球半数游艇生产商落户工业区

平沙游艇工业区成立于2002年,依托珠海机场以及高栏港口的交通优势,不足9年时间已吸引全球60多家游艇企业落户,目前集中了全球近半数的游艇生产厂商,已成为国际游艇制造业的主要基地之一,也是全国第一个游艇专业镇,同时也是国内规模最大、档次最高、集群度最高的游艇产业基地,去年游艇产值超过10个亿,预计到2012年,平沙游艇制造及配套企业产值将达15亿元,产品将覆盖17-300英尺的各类游艇、帆船,发展前景非常乐观。

有关负责人表示,平沙游艇工业区崛起的一个重要背景是改革开放后,我国经济的强势崛起,众多国外游艇纷纷进驻平沙,目的是以此为跳板打开内陆市场,同时国内廉价但优质的劳动力也可以帮助竞争日趋激烈的游艇企业降低制造成本,从而获取更多订单。

瞄准平沙游艇工业需求韩企增资建碳纤维厂区

随着平沙游艇工业园纷纷采用高端碳纤维制造游艇,碳纤维的需求趋于旺盛,在全球综合排名第二的化纤巨头韩国晓星集团近日就瞄上了这块"肥肉",增资1500万美元在平沙兴建厂区用于专门生产碳纤维材料。今后,平沙游艇工业区采购碳纤维材料可在"家门口"进行。

碳纤维是一种航天航空材料,以坚固轻薄著称,除广泛应用于航天设备外,近年来在高档汽车车身制造、高档游艇以及比赛自行车上也开始使用。外界认为,晓星此次进军碳纤维制造领域,与平沙游艇工业园近年来的崛起,对高端碳纤维材料需求增多有关,同时也是迫于全球金融危机以来,传统的化纤制造业趋于萎靡,晓星也希望转型,把鸡蛋放在不同的篮子里。

据平沙镇有关负责人介绍,新的碳纤维厂区就在晓星氨纶珠海分厂旁,于3月底正式动工,计划今年9月完工并投产,厂房有5000平米,预计年产值有4个亿。

John Shuttleworth

John Shuttleworth built his first boat when he was twelve. Since then his love of sailing has taken him all over the world, sailing thousands of miles on his cruising and racing designs. After his first major success with Brittany Ferries GB in the 1981 Two Star, John rapidly gained a reputation for designing fast, strong, and safe boats. His meticulous attention to detail and careful engineering, and his interest in aerodynamic efficiency resulted in a new style of multihulls. These light weight, beautifully styled, streamlined yachts proved to have outstanding windward performance, and with their wide beam, have built up a fine record of fast and safe long distance cruising. Many of his designs are consistent race winners, and several have broken and still hold some of the toughest long distance ocean sailing records.

John has written many articles on his design philosophy, and has often been an invited speaker at yachting symposiums and conferences. He has an engineering and computer design background, and in the early 1980's he developed a new way of looking at yacht engineering, using a computer, which he called "Integrated Structure". This innovative approach resulted in boats that were lighter, stiffer, and stronger than any previous multihull designs, and put John firmly in the forefront of the field, with his trimarans taking line honours and third over the line in the 1984 Singlehanded Transatlantic Race, setting a new race record. In 1988 his trimarans won class 3 and class 6, breaking the class 6 record by over 6 days.

John then successfully transferred this knowledge to cruising designs, an area that is under continual development at his design office in London. His cruising designs have many ocean crossings behind them and Zeepoes (a 63 ft cruising catamaran) is currently on her second around the world voyage.

John is now using this structural design technology and his fast aerodynamic hull shapes to design power multihulls, and to develop sail assisted power boats, where significant savings in fuel consumption and increased range can be achieved. John is convinced that these efficient, environmentally friendly boats are the future of power multihulls.

Finite element analysis

Extensive structural analysis of all parts of the yacht has been carried out, initially by White Young and Green and later by ASTA. This was the only viable way to analyse a shape and structure as complex as this. Simulations of loadings from side slamming, wave impact, and torsional effects of the outrigger riding through waves, were all applied to the computer model.

The superstructure is carbon fibre with Nomex honeycomb core, the hull is glass/kevlar foam sandwich and the interior is light weight oak cabinetry using honeycomb panels. To help reduce weight, virtually every aspect of the boat is custom built. This includes carbon fibre hatches, portlights, ladders and even hinges, which are all built specifically for the vessel.

Remote control

A SiMON_ integrated ships monitoring system monitors fuel, security, pump sensors, electrical, lights, etc. The vessel has a fully automated fuel management system which includes an Alfa Laval system for cleaning the fuel. All the vessel functions can be operated from an iPad. Palladium Technologies, based in Florida have developed a Superyacht app, that allows fulll controp of the vessel from anywhere on the yacht.

The anchoring system is unique with three anchors all driven by carbon fibre drum winches run by hydraulics. The primary anchor is a custom 130kg Bruce style anchor that deploys out of the starboard wing. The second anchor is 80kg and deploys out of the bow with a carbon fibre arm. The third anchor is 60kg which deploys out of the port wing and will be used as a stern anchor.
