Overview:

 

Chinese government has stated its goal to set up a China oil and gas ship fleet by 2020 to take control of its oil and gas imports. With a current fleet of 39 VLCCs and 5 LNGCs, the main shipping companies in China will invest more than 171 billion RMB to construct at least an additional 60 VLCCs and 20 LNGCs in the next 10 years, most of the orders will be fulfilled by Chinese shipyards.

 

As the most high-end shipbuilding event in China, this congress will serve as an international platform for ship owners, operators, major oil and gas companies, shipyards, and top design institutes.
