巴西

不接受电放和Sea WayBill；

务必提供收货人和通知方的CNPJ number (TAX ID)，并显示在提单对应的收货人和通知方处。CNPJ number的标准格式为CNPJ: XX.XXX.XXX/XXXX-XX；

收货人和通知方必须是巴西当地的公司；

所有至巴西以及在此中转的货物必须提供至少4位的NCM (HS Code in Brazil)，并显示在提单上。NCM只能是4位，6位或8位数。如果有多个HS CODE，则用 “, “或者 “/” 隔开，不要有空格。

如果是私人物品，收货人必须是巴西公民，同时需提供其CPF number (personal TAX code)，并显示在提单收货人处；

提单货描处必须显示关于木质包装的条款。以下四个条款，需显示其中一条：

a. WOODENPACKAGE: NOT APPLICABLE (NOT USED) no wooden packing material in the shipment;

b. WOODENPACKAGE USED: PROCESSED contains wooden packing material in the shipment, andwood was processed;

c. WOODENPACKAGE USED: TREATED/CERTIFIED contains wooden packing material in theshipment, and wood was treated, fumigated or certified;

d. WOODENPACKAGE USED: NOT TREATED/NOT CERTIFIED contains wooden packing material in theshipment, and wood was not treated and not certified.

智利

不接受电放和Sea WayBill；

务必提供收货人的 RUT number，并显示在提单收货人处。 如果是to order提单，请提供通知方的RUC number (TAX number) ，并显示在提单通知方处；

收货人必须是智利当地的公司；

提单收货人不能显示为“to order of Chile Customs/Customs agent”；

不接受多家公司显示在收货人处，即：提单收货人不能显示 “care of”, “on behalf of” and “as agent for”等字样；

经智利转运到第三国的货物，须在提单上显示如下转运条款: “The shipper declares that the carriage from … in transit to … is under the cargo interests arrangement for account and risks of consignee”.；
