随着进口原油和液化天然气需求的日益增加，中国政府正在积极倡导“国油国运，国轮国造”，筹建中国石油天然气远洋运输船队。2020年前，国内主要运输集团将陆续投资171亿元建造60艘巨型油轮和20艘液化天然气船。

本次中国巨型油轮与液化天然气船建造技术峰会将于2012年9月19日-21日在上海召开。届时，来自政府部门、国内外知名石油天然气发展集团、航运集团、造船企业、重工企业以及船舶设计研究机构的官员、行业专家、企业高管、技术总监、项目总监将齐聚一堂，共同关注全球远洋油气运输的发展现状，解析中国造船行业发展政策导向，探讨巨型油轮和液化天然气船设计、建造和管理的核心技术，并发掘最佳方案及合作伙伴。

2nd Annual China VLCC & LNGC Tech Congress 2012

Overview:

Chinese government has stated its goal to set up a China oil and gas ship fleet by 2020 to take control of its oil and gas imports. With a current fleet of 39 VLCCs and 5 LNGCs, the main shipping companies in China will invest more than 171 billion RMB to construct at least an additional 60 VLCCs and 20 LNGCs in the next 10 years, most of the orders will be fulfilled by Chinese shipyards.
