It also can establish database for these information and analyze brand new target system. He also said that what’s more important, the new ship management system for the whole value chain will be an open,sharing and transparent, win-win sytem.

He revealed that DNV Group had high-quality customers worldwide, offering shipping management system products and services mentioned above, which is unprecedented innovation.

This ship management system is an open platform and can be co-shared by shippers, ship owners and supervisors. They can obtain ship operation and cargo transportation data from this sytem.

Through this system, all the authorizers can get information what they want, the shipping reasonable low speed, cargo load conditions and charge capacity. Other information such as marine environment and climate can be grasped. This system may be promoted in the next 3-4 years.
