Kailuan Group International Logistics Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Yixing Shipping Service signed an agreement about a joint venture of Shanghai Kailuan Shipping Company. With the advantages of Shanghai Yixing, shipping services will be carried out through single trip charter, period charter, bareboat charter, and owned vessels, which marks that Kailuan reenters into shipping industry after 60 years.

In recent years, Kailuan has enhanced transformation, promoting logistic development and opening shipping channels, so as to boost the cooperation with ports and shipping companies. It is greatly significant to the development of this century-old mine.

Kailuan Terminal, as the first coal terminal in China, has been put into operation since 1995.
