Blay Marine Tech, S.L. (BMT) is an international firm dedicated to ship repairs and maintenance in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. The company has specialised itself in different shipping areas, such as heavy lift cargo tests. BMT, which is able to carry out up to 1,000 ton-cargo-tests by its own means, has been gaining international renown, becoming a reference in the sector. BMT has recently made five Cargo Load Tests on the cranes of Thorco Isabella vessel during her stay at Astander Shipyard in Spain.

They consisted of two tests of 50 tons each, another two of more than 264 tons and a combined one of 528 tons, being the latter the highest capacity test carried out at Astander shipyard so far.
