On September 18, Beibu Gulf Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beibu Gulf Port") announced that the Company held the 29th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on September 17, 2026, and agreed to appoint Song Haitao as Deputy General Manager of the Company.

According to the announcement, the term of Deputy General Manager Song Haitao shall run from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the expiration of the term of the 10th Board of Directors. The Company and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete, and contains no false records, misleading statements or material omissions.

The Board of Directors of Beibu Gulf Port issued the above announcement on September 18, 2026. This appointment is a normal personnel arrangement of the Company, and the relevant procedures comply with the relevant provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.

Resume of Song Haitao

Song Haitao, a native of Qingdao, Shandong, holds a Master of Engineering degree and is a member of both the Communist Party of China and the China Zhi Gong Party. In 2019, he was transferred from Qingdao Port Automated Terminal Co., Ltd. to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port Co., Ltd., and later served as General Manager of the Technology Department. On September 17, 2026, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Beibu Gulf Port Co., Ltd.
