During the talks, both sides stated that they would fully leverage their respective professional capabilities and resource advantages in the bulk commodities sector to further deepen strategic cooperation around core categories such as grains, copper concentrates, iron ore, and coal. They will jointly explore new models of integrated logistics and supply chain integration services, contributing to the development of a higher-level comprehensive logistics and supply chain service system and supporting the nation's "dual circulation" development strategy.

C&D Inc., a core member of the Fortune Global 500 C&D Group, leverages its global resource allocation network and supply chain operation service advantages to provide upstream and downstream industrial chain clients with "LIFT Supply Chain Services" — an integrated suite covering logistics, information, finance, and business services.

Under the agreement, Liaoning Port and C&D Inc. will establish higher-level and deeper cooperation in port cargo transshipment, transport corridor expansion, full-process logistics services, and trading center development. They will work together to create a regular, long-term coordination mechanism to achieve mutual development and win-win outcomes.

Relevant executives from C&D Inc. and Liaoning Port attended the related activities.
