Shanghai International Port Group has established a new company with a registered capital of RMB 30 million
According to Qichacha, recently, Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanggang Logistics Co., Ltd., jointly established Shuzhi Hangmao (Shanghai) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. with Shanghai Yitong International Co., Ltd. and Shanghai North Bund (Group) Co., Ltd. This move marks a deep strategic collaboration among the three parties in the digitalization of port logistics and supply chains.
According to public information, Shuzhi Hangmao (Shanghai) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated on July 31, 2026, with legal representative Shi Juan and a registered capital of RMB 30 million. The company's business scope covers supply chain management services, software development, international freight forwarding, information technology consulting services, and other areas.
In terms of shareholding structure, Shanghai Yitong International Co., Ltd. holds 40%, making it the largest shareholder; Shanggang Logistics Co., Ltd. holds 30%; and Shanghai North Bund (Group) Co., Ltd. holds 30%. Each of the three shareholders brings distinctive strengths, with clear complementary resources.
At present, Shanghai is accelerating the development of its international shipping center. According to the "15th Five-Year Plan for Accelerating the Development of Shanghai as an International Shipping Center" issued by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Shanghai has explicitly proposed to build a new ecosystem for digital shipping technologies, enable cross-entity trusted data sharing based on blockchain network infrastructure, and promote the implementation of applications such as electronic exchange for cargo release and electronic bills of lading. At the same time, Shanghai is actively promoting the digitalization of shipping and trade, encouraging enterprises with international and domestic supply chain organization capabilities to establish global supply chain management centers and build global supply chain digital management platforms.
Against this backdrop, the establishment of Shuzhi Hangmao (Shanghai) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. integrates Shanggang Logistics' advantages in port logistics resources, Yitong International's strengths in port information technology, and the North Bund Group's locational and policy resource advantages. The strong alliance among the three parties is expected to create synergies in supply chain management digitalization, intelligent international freight transportation, and shipping and trade information technology services, thereby helping Shanghai play a greater role in global supply chain management.
