Recently, the "2026 Automotive Whole Vehicle Logistics Development Conference" hosted by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing was successfully concluded in Jinan, Shandong. The conference brought together more than 150 enterprises and over 370 industry representatives from automakers, whole vehicle logistics general contractors and carriers, water-land intermodal transport providers, and logistics equipment and technology companies. Mr. Bo Shijiu, Chairman of Changjiu Logistics and Rotating President of the Automotive Logistics Branch, led his team to attend the event. In his address to the conference, Mr. Bo analyzed the current state of the industry against the backdrop of Jinan’s strong automotive industrial foundation, highlighting the coexistence of industry reshuffling, export growth, and intense low-price competition, as well as the mounting operational pressures on logistics enterprises. He put forward three key approaches: implementing the national requirement to reduce logistics costs by abandoning low-price bidding and establishing a value‑co‑creation pricing system; promoting full‑chain, routine, and long‑term regulatory mechanisms; and driving resource synergy across the industry while breaking down information silos to facilitate global expansion. He called on all parties to join forces with compliance, innovation, and service at the core, so as to foster the long‑term development of the industry.

Drawing on industry data and the company’s over 30 years of frontline operational experience, he interpreted the current development status and persistent challenges of the whole vehicle logistics sector, pointing out that the domestic automotive industry has entered a phase of stock-market competition, and that industrial shifts are forcing logistics companies to undergo refined transformation. Leveraging its three‑decade industry track record, Changjiu Logistics presented actionable transformation solutions across five dimensions: product structure, industrial layout, upgrading and revitalizing transport asset capacity, strategic implementation of compliance systems, and digital‑intelligent empowerment. The presentation combined high‑level industry insights with practical execution strategies, receiving broad recognition from the audience.
