On September, 28, China’s ministry of industry and information technology announced the first batch of a ‘white list’ of Chinese shipyards, which are supposedly regarded as reputable shipbuilders. He pointed that the work in the future would focus on two levels of management. The first one is normalized management. The second one is Dynamic management. Combining these two managements is significant in shipping industry.
