After suspension its shares for the whole year, Lianyungang decided to collect another 1090 billion RMB for berth construction and purchasing 75% share from Lianyungang Xinlian Bulk Cargo Wharf Company.

This time Lianyungang has raised fund totally less than 1091 million RMB, planning to invest the following projects: 55#-57# universal berths project for 626 billion RMB, and the rest for purchasing 75% share from Lianyungang Xinlian Bulk Cargo Wharf Company.
