The Chinese Spring Festival brings decreases of China’s import and export trade with Europe. As a result, according to the report published by Alphaliner, some container service companies decide to close parts of the voyages on Asia-Europe route. And the capacity will be cut down by 47%.

Alphaliner as well predicts that, the imbalance between supply and demand will still exist even after the reopen of voyages on Asia-Europe route.
