In order to improve through efficiency of cruise ships, Xiamen MSA has launched open PSC inspection for cruise ships rather than surprise inspection as berthing at Xiamen Ports, which is convenient for the ship to arrange berthing time, promptly and actively rectify the defects so as to improve inspection efficiency.
