Troubled Titan Petrochemical’s special general meeting (SGM) was held on 28 February, with independent shareholders refusing to endorse resolutions proposed by the company.

Hong Kong-listed Titan stressed that it is actively considering alternative funding and restructuring proposals with a further announcement to be made when appropriate.
