Sinochem International Corporation : Zhang Zenggen Meets Maersk Global President Nils S. Andersen

On March 21, Maersk Global President Nils S. Andersen led a delegation to visit Sinochem International again three years after his first visit in 2010. Zhang Zenggen, General Manager of Sinochem International, Liu Hongsheng, Vice General Manager of Sinochem International and relevant personnel of Logistics Business Division met the guests.

Zhang Zenggen expressed his appreciation for Maersk's outstanding contributions to the development of Sinochem International's ISO tank business with its global routes and quality services, and made a comprehensive introduction to the broad prospects for the development of Sinochem International's business units. Nils S. Andersen introduced the operation situation of Maersk Group's main businesses in 2012 and their future development direction. The two sides made in-depth exchanges in their potential areas of cooperation, and reached a consensus on consolidating ISO tank chemical logistics cooperation, and meanwhile vigorously promoting logistics cooperation in natural rubber exports in Africa, continuing to explore wider cooperation in bulk commodity trading, crude oil transportation and oil exploration and exploitation, and setting up a contact group to specifically propel the future cooperation issues.
