China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Import and Export Corporstion（COFCO）has mergered China Grain and Logistics Corporation on 28th March. These two largest domestic grain companies that directly managed by the central government have formally implemented the strategic reconstruction.

The main grain cargoes trade of COFCO has reached 18 million tons, with a processing scale more than 30 million tons. And China Grain and Logistics Corporation has a grain capacity of 7.468 million tons, 8 grain transit ports 4 grain shipping vessels and more than 3400 bulk grain vehicles, presenting over 40% of domestic grain vehicles capacity. This strategic reconstruction can help to improve the modern grain industry system, enhancing the competitive ability.
