The major Chinese shipping line, China Shipping, has set up its shipping agency in South Africa, one of the emerging markets that the company plans to focus on development, according to news from the website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

China Shipping (South Africa) Agency is a jv established by China Shipping Africa Holdings and a local company, the Chinese party controls 60% of the shares.
