China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) has signed Cooperation Agreement on Development Finance with China Development Bank.

In the agreement, China Development Bank will invest 80 billion RMB to CSSC through various channels.

As of the end of 2012, China Development Bank has offered loan to CSSC and its subsidiaries more than 20 billion RMB.
