According to Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange, Shanghai Shipping Group will transfer 20% stake of North Sea Shipping Company.

It is analyzed that China Shipping Development will acquire 20% equity interest in Shanghai Beihai Shipping Company Limited at Rmb830 million.

Previously Sinochem Group planned to transfer its 20% equity of Beihai Shipping to China Shipping Development at Rmb830 million.
