Industrial insiders said the shipbuilding industry is welcoming a new opportunity era for rapid development and will peak in 2017.

Orders increased, orders in main shipbuilding enterprises have extended to 2016.

According to new statistics from Jiangsu Province, top shipbuilding province in China, the first five months this year, the whole industry maintains a steady operation.

Analyst said the reasons for the recovery of shipbuilding market have two aspects. A five-year-round adjustment will see bouncing back. The scrap activity speeding up promotes the increasing of new orders.
