China Rongsheng ends 1.68 billion case with Anhui Quanchai

In 2011, China Rongsheng stated its plans to acquire Anhui Quanchai for 2.15 billion yuan ($394.07 million) in order to gain a bigger foothold in the diesel engine market.

In 2012, Anhui Quanchai Engine Co, a manufacturer of multi-cylinder diesel engines, announced that China Rongsheng Heavy Industries Group, a privately-owned company, which mainly engaged in shipbuilding and engineering machinery, had withdrew its application to purchase Anhui Quanchai from the nation's securities regulator.

The withdrawal means the acquisition will be cancelled, which will be a disappointment to investors of Anhui Quanchai, analysts say.

After ten times’ careful meditation, the 3-year long disputation had a complete reconciliation. With the capital of 63300 million yuan, Anhui Quanchai can solve business difficulties.
