China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL) and China Merchants Group Ltd have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on November 12, 2014.

Having had a long and continuous association and deep friendship, the two sides expressed strong desire to cooperate in the field like waterfront development, finance industry, shipping service and so on to improve the their market competitiveness together.

The Chairman of China Merchants Group Ltd Mr. Li Jianhong and Chairman of China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL) Mr. Xu Lirong were presented at the signing ceremony.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held talks in a friendly atmosphere, and both agreed to establish long-term stable cooperation based on the principle of mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation and common development, and to expand their cooperation field with the same goal of doing better and stronger and becoming the top-class company in the world.
