On March 26, during the COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers Global Partners Conference, COSCO SHIPPING Specialized Carriers' Yuehai Auto Carriers signed two significant agreements: a 2026 COA contract with Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LiuGong"), and a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China Automotive Trading Corporation. These moves aim to further strengthen end-to-end coordination in the logistics chain for engineering machinery and automobile exports.

As a major national backbone enterprise in the engineering machinery sector, LiuGong boasts a comprehensive product portfolio and exports to over 180 countries and regions worldwide. With its well-established global distribution network, LiuGong has become a benchmark enterprise for Chinese equipment manufacturing going global. Yuehai Auto Carriers, a leading international pure car truck carrier (PCTC) transport company, leverages its high-quality fleet and mature logistics system. Prior to this agreement, the two companies had already engaged in in-depth cooperation on key international routes including the Persian Gulf, Southeast Africa, Europe, and South America West Coast.
Under the terms of the 2026 COA contract, both parties will continue to deepen mutual trust and complementary advantages, expand collaboration in international shipping and logistics supply chains, jointly address challenges arising from global market changes, and enhance their respective international competitiveness and global brand influence.
