On March 10, COSCO Shipping’s North America supply chain operations platform was officially launched in Secaucus, New Jersey. The establishment of the new platform marks a key step in advancing the company’s strategy of “end-to-end product offerings, integrated sales, unified operations, and comprehensive customer service.”

By implementing a unified operating system, the platform will effectively integrate key logistics segments across North America, including trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. It aims to drive the regional supply chain business toward a more platform-based and coordinated model, improving overall service efficiency and resource allocation.

The official launch of the platform company will not only strengthen COSCO Shipping’s integrated logistics service capabilities in North America, but also lay the groundwork for connecting ocean and inland transportation networks and advancing cross-border logistics corridors across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Going forward, the North America supply chain operations platform will continue to advance digitalization, expand value-added services such as drayage and intermodal transportation, enhance its warehousing network, and optimize supplier and customer service systems, with the goal of delivering more efficient and convenient one-stop supply chain solutions.
