Qatar's Ministry of Transport announced on the 11th that "full resumption of navigation for all types of seagoing vessels" would take effect from the 12th, with daily sailing hours from 06:00 to 18:00. It remains unclear at this time whether this announcement signifies that Qatari vessels may transit the Strait of Hormuz.

The statement further noted that, in accordance with a previously issued Ministry of Transport circular, vessels already authorized to engage in marine fishing activities are permitted to operate "around the clock." The statement also urged vessel operators to comply with relevant safety directives.
