With the entry into service of this vessel, the CMA CGM Group continues to advance the modernization of its fleet and reaffirms its commitment to delivering more reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible maritime services, safeguarding global trade and supply chains. The CMA CGM Notre Dame de Paris has an overall length of 400 meters, a beam of 62 meters, and a height of 75 meters, with a design maximum container capacity of 24,212 TEU.

The vessel is deployed on the Group's strategic French Asia Line, which connects the two continents of Asia and Europe. The full round-trip voyage takes approximately 102 days, calling at ports including Ningbo, Shanghai, Yantian, Singapore, Le Havre, Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Tanger Med. The Asia-Europe trade corridor served by this route is one of the world's major trade arteries and is critically important to the supply chains of European economies.

The CMA CGM Notre Dame de Paris exemplifies the new generation of LNG-powered containerships, combining carrying capacity, operational efficiency, and energy performance advantages, fully aligned with the Group's ambitious target of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Beyond its LNG propulsion system, the vessel is equipped with features designed to reduce its environmental footprint throughout its operations, including aerodynamic windshield systems that reduce energy consumption and an LNG fuel tank with a capacity of 18,600 cubic meters, ensuring sufficient endurance for the entire Asia-Europe voyage. The ship is also fitted with smart energy management solutions, particularly for powering and ventilating reefer containers, and is capable of supporting up to 1,600 reefer plugs simultaneously.

Furthermore, the hull design has been optimized to increase cargo capacity by 580 TEU without increasing the vessel's overall dimensions.

The CMA CGM Notre Dame de Paris integrates a full suite of cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence solutions to enable operational excellence. Its fully digital bridge provides the crew with real-time navigation tools, enhanced by augmented reality technology. Advanced trajectory prediction and a 360-degree visualization system further improve maneuvering safety, especially during port operations.

The embedded AI assists in optimizing routes, adjusting speed, and managing the vessel's energy consumption. Supporting these systems are CMA CGM's three Fleet Navigation Centers, located in Marseille, Miami, and Singapore, which continuously monitor the Group's global fleet and assist crews in making operational decisions.
