2014 Annual Report: Ranking List of Strongest Operation Capability Ranking List

The factors for an enterprise to become stronger are not only technology and capital, the operation capability of enterprise talents is more important.

What is the operation capability for an enterprise? CNSS consider three aspects as following: one is to present the high output capacity of equity capital and debt capital; another is to present the high efficacy in disposing the enterprise assets. The last one is to present the strong negotiation ability of the operators in their value chain and the strong industry influence.

Based on above standards, we selected below accounting index as list reference: working capital turnover ratio, rate of stock turnover, turnover of account receivable, turnover of fixed assets, current asset turnover, non-current asset turnover, turnover of total capital, turnover ratio of account payable, etc.

CNSS holds the opinion as “we think an enterprise with the strongest operation capability is not only the one with the highest capital operation efficiency, but also an enterprise with the most suitable assets disposal strategy, most proper assets disposal time and most efficient assets disposal measures. What’s more, an enterprise with the strongest operation capability is the dominant party of the value chain with strongest negotiation capacity in market supply and demand.”
