According to the statistics, by 7th April, cotton stockpile in Zhang Jiagang Bonded Area has reached 120000 tons, 10000 tons more than last week and 3000 tons more than the same period in last year. Indian cotton cargoes take up the majority of this stockpile, followed by those from Uzbek, America, Australia, Brazil and Africa.

Some traders reported that recently Indian cotton import trade in Qingdao Port slightly increased, with a price of 18650 Yuan per ton approximately. While trading trends in Shanghai and Zhang Jiagang keeps steady without significant changes.
