China’s Yangfan Group has bagged a deal to build two 1,100 teu container vessels for Ningbo Ocean Shipping Co.

Zhejiang-based Yangfan announced on its website that the newbuildings are scheduled to be delivered between March to April 2016. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Late last month, Yangfan also clinched a contract to build four 38,500 dwt handysize dry bulkers for Polish shipowner Polska Zegluga Morska (PZM). The newbuilding bulkers are slated for delivery in the first half of 2017.
