North Sea Brent loadings fall 8,453 b/d in week to January 17

The UK’s Sullom Voe terminal loaded two cargoes of Brent Blend crude in the week to Tuesday, the same number of cargoes as the previous week, the Shetland Islands Council said Wednesday.

On a barrel per day basis the terminal loaded 171,809 b/d this week, down from 180,263 b/d the previous week. The Astro Saturn Aframax loaded a 79,073 mt (600,796 barrels) cargo of Brent Blend on January 15, with the tanker bound for Rotterdam.

On January 17 the Atlantic Explorer Aframax loaded a 79,214 mt (601,867 barrels) cargo, with the tanker set to discharge in Tranmere.

There were no ship-to-ship transfers or Clair crude loadings at Sullom Voe in the week.

Brent Blend and Clair both load from Sullom Voe.
