上交所对ST锦港及有关责任人予以纪律处分

2024年11月4日，上交所对ST锦港（SH 600190，收盘价：1.62元）及有关责任人予以纪律处分的决定。

5月31日，锦州港股份有限公司（以下简称“锦州港”，600190）发布公告称，收到证监会的《行政处罚及市场禁入事先告知书》（简称《告知书》），载明锦州港2018年至2021年年度报告存在虚假记载，四年合计虚增营业收入逾86亿元。
