中国等多国海员入境巴西受限，Gard保赔协会提出建议

此前巴西当局宣布，于5月1日起严格要求所有抵达巴西的海员持有国际劳工组织ILO C185 签发的SID海员身份证件作为有效旅行证件，无需签证。
