Somali pirates have hijacked a cargo vessel en route from Dubai to either Bosasso, Somalia or Al Mukalla, Yemen, in the vicinity of Socotra, Dryad Maritime told World Maritime News referring to the data from United Kingdom Marine Trade Operations (UKMTO).
