Siemens to Automate Africa’s MedPort Tangier Terminal

German technology powerhouse Siemens has received a deal to supply electrical and automation systems and provide engineering and commissioning of 32 automated stacking cranes at Africa’s MedPort Tangier facility.

APM Terminals Orders Cranes for MedPort Tangier

The Netherlands-based terminal operator APM Terminals has ordered new cranes to equip its new container transshipment terminal at the Tanger Med 2 port complex, situated in Morocco, on Africa’s northwest coast.
