Report: NOC Hopes to Regain Control of Two Oil Ports

Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) believes it will retake control of the country’s two major oil ports from eastern Libyan forces, Reuters reports citing a statement from the Tripoli-based NOC Chairman.
