英国海员工会首席执行官Stuart Rivers在2018年中国国际海员论坛上，就船员身心健康问题发表了演讲。他认为海事事故的发生都有人的因素在里面，而这些人为因素又与海员身心健康存在密切联系。

Houston: Streets Turned Into Rivers

Streets have turned into rivers in Houston, Texas, and over 1,000 people have been rescued, as emergency service crews race to pull people from cars and homes. At least two people have died.
