德国汉堡港口与物流股份公司(HHLA)日前发布公告称，截至12月7日，地中海航运（MSC）已收购相当于12.21%的股权，而约 9.74%的HHLA的股东接受收购要约，使汉堡市和MSC持有的股票总额达到“公司股本和投票权的92.30%左右”。
