HRAS：提高海员, 以及与海员接触人员的防护水平

最近，有很多海员与海上人权组织（HRAS）联系，呼吁给船员以及跟船员接触的有关人员提供更高水平的个人防护设备（检查人员、引航员、码头工人等等），包括口罩和手套。
