2月28日扬子江船业新厂为日本日升航运公司建造的3号82000吨散货轮“卡辟坦 商船Ⅱ”号（Kapetan TraderⅡ）正式签字交付。交船前，日本船东对细节要求很高，交船后期又夹有春节假期，为保交船，项目组安排车间集中优势兵力春节加班，最终保证了交船。
